First prepare all the needed ingredients such as, 1 ¾ light or dark chicken stock, 2/3 cup fresh grapefruit juice, ½ cup sugar, 2 cups heavy cream, ½ teaspoon light soy sauce. After the needed ingredients is present, now it’s time to make the sauce. In a heavy bottomed saucepan, combine the stock, grapefruit juice and sugar. Cook the mixture in medium heat and carefully stir the mixture until reaching a caramel-like consistency. Continue to cook until the color becomes deep brown. Here is delicious recipe to make meatballs using Sauce Pot . First prepared all the needed ingredients such as, 1 package of dry onion soup mix, 1 ¼ cup water, 16 oz. tomato sauce, 1 lb. ground beef, ½ tablespoon garlic salt, ½ tablespoon pepper, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, and 1 lb. cooked noodle.
